All Vendors are expected to follow guidlines relating to federal, state and local laws and ordinances. Management reserves the right to reject applications, monitor merchandise and displays, and decline renewal to any vendors in violation of the vendor's policies, precedures or guidlines.
Space rental in the Seminole Trade Days events, shall be restricted to the merchandise accepted on individual applications. Management approval is required for any changes or additions to the type of merchandise originally accepted.
Each vendor is required by Texas Law to have a Texas Sales Tax Permit. Contact 1-800-252-5555 for information.
Once a space has been rented, that space may be retained for the following month by paying for it within 5 days after the trade day show. - Booths must be paid for in advance in order to insure availability.
Vendors may not sublease their spaces.
There are no refunds on reserved spaces, and if a vendor is unable to attend the trade days, he must notify the office within 3 days of the date of the trade days.
The trade days and its owners are not liable for any personal injury or property loss caused by theft, weather or accidents.
There will be a service charge of $25.00 on all returned checks.
Set up times for each sale
9:00am - 6:00pm - Thursday 7:00am - 8:45am - Friday 7:00am - 8:45am - Saturday 7:00am - 8:45am - Sunday
All Vendors need to unpack and move their vehicles as soon as possible. Please do not set up your space before moving your vehicle.
All printed materials must be approved by Seminole Trade Days management before it can be distributed.
No candles, etc. may be burned in booths.
Mandatory Operating Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm - Sunday Longer hours are encouraged.
Vendors are required to clean up their spaces, and place trash in the trash receptacles. Food vendors must meet standards set by the Texas Department of Health. Must show Health Permit at set up time.
No pets or animals of any kind will be allowed in the building.
Vendors may construct structures within the confines of their booths, with the approval of management of Seminole Trade Days.
Vendors may not move out and load their merchandise before 5pm, without permission from management. A vendor moving out early disrupts the event and other vendors.
If a vendor no longer wishes to participate in trade days events, he must remove merchandise and or booth fixtures within 5 days, or they will become property of Seminole Trade Days.
Our guidelines may change as needed. A notice of 10 days will be given when guidelines are changed.
